On recycling day
If you've ordered Tree Recycling, then you just need to leave your tree outside your home by 8am on collection day.
Make sure it's clearly visible and accessible from the road so we can collect it with the minimum of fuss. We'll do the rest (you don't need to wait in for us).
Remember to remove all your decorations first!
Collections are made throughout the day. In the unlikely event of any problems, or if your tree is not collected by 6pm, please call the number in your order confirmation email.
