We will use the information you provide to us to administer the ordering and delivery of your tree. Your details will not be passed on to third parties. Your details will be stored electronically for this purpose, and by placing an order with us you are consenting to this.

As noted on our Tree Recycling page, we are generally unable to offer a recycling service in KT7 or KT8 postcodes. Any orders received from these postcodes may be referred to our friends at 1st Weston Green Scouts, who operate a similar service in this area, and if so we will pass your details to them to facilitate fulfilment of your order.

If you pay directly by credit or debit card, your payment will be processed by Shopify Payments on our behalf. Their privacy policy is available at shopify.com.

If you pay via PayPal your payment will be processed by PayPal on our behalf. Their privacy policy is available at paypal.com.

Hersham Trees and 1st Hersham Scout Group never have access to your credit or debit card details.

As part of the ordering process you have the option to register with this website (this is completely optional). You can update your details at any time by logging in and clicking "Account" on the home page (please note however that this does not affect any existing orders - if you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us directly). If you wish to delete your account, please email us.

We would like to let you know about our Christmas Trees for next year and other services we can provide. If you would prefer that we did not contact you by email, please let us know when placing your order, or at any time via email (details on the contact page). Promotional emails from Hersham Trees will also contain an unsubscribe link enabling you to remove your address from the list directly (this will not prevent you from receiving any emails essential to the administration or fulfilment of your order however).
